As a therapist, I enjoy working alongside clients to help them better understand their past, implement helpful tools in their present, and work toward meeting their goals in the future. I strive to provide an environment where you feel supported and valued regardless of your gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion, ability, socioeconomic status, size, or neurodiversity. Whether you are looking to work through relationship concerns, feel stuck and are looking to make a change, or want a safe space to process your unique situation, my door is open.

In session, I exercise an intersectional, person-centered, and solution-focused approach to treat symptoms and find solutions that will work best for you. As your therapist, I will walk alongside and collaborate with you, because I believe you are the expert in what you need and want (even if it isn’t clear what that is yet.) I value utilizing curiosity and creating a therapeutic relationship absent of any shame or judgment. Throughout our therapeutic relationship, I am always open to receiving feedback to ensure you are receiving the care and focus you are looking for.

I understand how daunting it may be to reach out for help. Regardless of your situation, asking for support is a huge step worth being proud of. I look forward to communicating with you and finding tools and solutions that best fit you and your needs.

My rate for individual psychotherapy is $170 per session and $190 per couples psychotherapy session. I offer sessions either via telehealth or in person at an office outside of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.
